Before the breaking of dawn, a news came by which eventually stunned the whole world. This also accompanied by all radio station is paying their respective tributes by playing all his hottest song throughout the entire day for today. The legend, the sexy dancer or well known to be our world KING OF POP, Late Michael Jackson has pronounced to be officially dead at 4am, 26th June 2009 , a remarkable day in the world history. Basically, I'm not a big fans of Michael but well, there's a few songs that really inspired me before, which is none other than " Heal The World " . The lyrics of this particular song is indeed meaningful, a message posted by him for the ENTIRE WORLD.
This breaking news really turned my emotions down because he's a great star since I'm young, probably I shall say his dismissed is a lost for everyone. I could still recalled the time when our Leo member is practicing his dance, " Smooth Criminal " for our IU Day, indeed a great dance.

There's this shocking news that has been circulated throughout the whole company, up to the directors notification. An email that has been forward to all directors , upper management, lower management and also a few stores nationwide , currently being acknowledge by everyone in the company regarding about a particular superior.
Dear Woon,
I've spent most of my time reporting to you, from fresh to being seasoned, and you aided me in the process. I believe when I say you are a detailed person, none who knows you well would shake their heads in disagreement. Still, I foresee there are rooms for you to improve. Dear Mr Woon, I've once respected you for your superiority and friendship. Before I proceed, I would like to express my dissatisfaction in some of your practices. There are times when one should understand that discussions happen between two or more people. God gave us two ears but one mouth, so the saying goes 'Listen more than you talk'. I can feel your passion to lead others, but there is no room for others to speak and voice up? I do hope you take this piece of advice. Not once, not twice, but there are many occasions which you discouraged me, be it direct or indirect. We are all human, and humans do make mistakes no matter how high their position is. But from my observations, you never up the responsibilities. I've even seen you talking back to your superiors and try to turn the picture. When was the last time you admitted a mistake? Whenever we discuss, and you chose to ignore suggestions, that will be the time when you will give your famous words "I'll get back to you". I don mind if you don’t know the answer, but I do mind that you need an argument to build a round-a-bout. I hope you can take constructive criticism positively, and not build another round-a-bout.
Recently, you linked my name for misconduct that others acted on. As a matter of fact, you accused me like a blind man pointing around. A man of your position has no ability to judge white from black? If you have evidence of any concrete materials that leads me to being criminal mastermind, do bring it to light. I questions myself and give it a really long thought as you suggested out of the heat of the argument. I failed to 'blame' myself for this scenario. Instead I wondered why you'd point the finger at me? Because I'm playful so it makes me a suspect? Because I am close to the offenders so it makes me the biggest offender? Dear Woon Chen Fing, I do not know if your action of accusations were a discussed execution with your superior or just because there is no one left to point at, but I would like to clarify that I, Mr G , is in not involved with others' misconduct of that particular case. I put my blood, sweat and tears into educating, encouraging and empowering my staff and all you can say to me is "Don’t repeat this is your next job" ? Inversely, please take your own medicine. So here's my advice "Please don’t make baseless accusations for the next in line". Thank You.

A short publicity for my ex leo club's event , Youth Day. The extinction of good leaders in this club really affect the younger generation, they're no longer shinning now as compared to previous years. 
It was rather an unexpected of the very unexpected day , in short, unfortunate day I shall say.
